Unfortunately we currently have a country where one of the two major political parties has essentially abdicated any sense of duty to responsibly govern the nation in deference to a carnival barking, dime-store street hustler who expends more time and effort trying to cover up his two-decade long 'friendship' with a notorious child sex trafficker than he does in addressing real-world issues that are impacting the majority of American's lives.

Drumpf got caught red-handed stealing taxpayer money to pay for his Orwellian, self-promoting campaign videos that aired on national TV this past weekend (on Fox "news" of course).
DonOld's enablers in his execrable administration immediately began crying "Fake News!" the second the story hit the mainstream headlines that Drumpf was pilfering taxpayer money to essentially fluff his own failing presidency.
You just have to laugh at the rank assholery of these comically villanous Drumpf quislings like Steven Cheung calling Drumpf's political TV ads "Public Service Announcements."
If you don't know who Steven Cheung is, he is Drumpf's fluffer White House Communications Director, who like the milk-livered coward that he and most of thse MAGA chuds are, loves to sling insults and lies from the safe perch of his social media position in the White House at Drumpf's detractors, but who is far too much of a gutless snake to ever have real-world conversations and debates on issues with anyone but the internet void that he is incessantly screaming in to.

Anyway, I have zero expectations that the party that stood by silently watching Drumpf run a self-enriching money laundering operation out of the White House in his first term will do much of anything to stop him from criminally using taxpayer money to pay for campaign ads promoting his own presidency in this midterm election cycle.
The GOP simply doesn't give a flying fuck about norms, laws or the constitution anymore, and that is one of the principal reasons why they are headed for a historic wipeout in the November elections.
