Sigh . . .
Americans could have had nice things that bettered the lives of all of us.
But sadly a slight majority of the voting adults opted to re-elect a draft-dodging, washed up, diaper wearing, carnival barking failed reality-TV show host, chronic liar and cheat, serial adulterer, adjudicated rapist, suspected child rapist, multi-indicted convicted felon, and a coup-plotting traitor who has openly expressed a desire to be America's first 'dictator.'
And predictably, this is the resulting insanity:

"Governor Kathy Hochul is for Canada, a Country that has been ripping off New York State for years, especially under her Administration, instead of the good ‘ol U.S.A," Trump raged. "Can you imagine her saying that she won’t respect or acknowledge LAKE AMERICA.""
There's just no end to this embarrassing asshole and his buffoonish madness. It is tearing this country apart at the seams, and it is now doing great harm to the long, long established good ties and relations with our neighboring country to the north, Canada.
With every passing day the evidence grows that all of Drumpf's derangement is by design.
We have seen him unilaterally throwing tariff tantrums at country's that refuse to bow down and kiss his golden ring.
He is childishly issuing 'Executive Orders' (aka Emperor Decrees) from the American people's White House ordering the renaming of large bodies of shared water such as the forever-named Gulf of Mexico and Lake Ontario to 'Gulf of America' and 'Lake America' in fits of anger at those countries for failing to heed his demands.
All of this irrational public behavior by the sitting American president is to diminish America's standing in the world, and to bring great long-term harm to the United States of America, the US economy, and the American people.
There is little explainable rationality to Drumpf's malignant actions -- unless of course those actions are being watched through the shaded, beady eyes of an equally malignant foreign interest, you know, like Vladimir Putin for example.
You just know that Uncle Vlad is excitedly watching his star asset 'Agent Krasnov' take control of one of the two major political parties in the US, rename the party MAGA, then cynically use that hijacked party along with guerilla warfare politics to divide Americans and pit them against each other.
It's also to Uncle Vlad's delight no doubt as he sees Krasnov embroil the United States in yet another forever war in the Mideast that will sink the US economy and bring long-lasting economic hardship to American consumers and further erode America's trust and standing in the world.
And of course, it would be negligent of me if I failed to mention how much Uncle Vlad must be pleased beyond his wishes hearing that his prized protégé deployed an armed and masked federalized (state) mercenary force with marching orders to commit 'ethnic cleansing' on American soil in broad daylight which has already resulted in the blood of slain US citizens being spilled in the streets of our American cities.
Good times for murdering despots and their compromised stooges, ye siree, good times indeed for Uncle Vlad.
Anyway - you know the drill.
All of this stupidity and craziness and treachery can end if enough Americans who truly care about the kind of future they are going to be leaving behind for their children and grandkids is a free and democratic future show up to the polls in every local, state, and federal election for the foreseeable future and refuse to vote for any candidate with the letter (R) after their name.
That is the first step towards righting a lot of wrongs that have been committed by some really shitty, selfish, un-American people in this country over the past decade.
