"WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump said Thursday that Pam Bondi is out as his attorney general, ending the contentious tenure of a loyalist who upended the Justice Department’s culture of independence from the White House, oversaw large-scale firings of career employees and moved aggressively to investigate the Republican president’s perceived enemies.
The announcement follows months of scrutiny over the Justice Department’s handling of files related to Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking investigation that made Bondi the target of angry conservatives even with her close relationship with Trump. She also struggled to satisfy Trump’s demands to prosecute his political rivals, with multiple investigations rejected by judges or grand juries or yet to produce charges.
Trump named Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche as the acting attorney general, though three people familiar with the matter have said he has privately discussed Lee Zeldin, the head of the Environmental Protection Agency, as a permanent pick."
Let's just come right out and state the obvious here. Pam Bondi presently finds herself out of work as the former Attorney General of the United States of America because she was insufficiently corrupt in the view of her felonious boss, Donald Trump.
Drumpf hired Bondi because of her existing track record of covering up some of DonOld's previous crimes (Trump University scam).
Drumpf fired Pam Bondi for two principal reasons. First, Bondi failed miserably at covering up DonOld's role in the 'Epstein Files' child sex ring investigation. Many of the 'Epstein Files' documents released contained enough information for most sentient people to piece together a fairly damning portrait of Drumpf and his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
Secondly, Bondi has failed at using the DOJ as a weapon to harass and persecute Drumpf's perceived political 'enemies' such as Letitia James, James Comey, Jerome Powell, Eric Swalwell, Mark Kelly, and others.
Pam Bondi's failing at revenge I'm sure was the deal-breaker for dirty Donald. Drumpf is a vengeful old mobster. He revels in revenge. Drumpf was not only deserving of both of his impeachments, but also every criminal charge he has ever been indicted for since those ignominious congressional proceedings. He's a mafia-connected thug.
That is why I highly doubt Bondi is going to turn around and reveal everything she knows about Drumpf's pedophilia problem, and believe me, as US Attorney General, she knows where all the 'Epstein Files' bodies are buried now. The dilemma therein for Pam is that she is now personally in possession of some very, very powerful and very dangerous knowledge about some very wealthy, powerful people.
Just ask Jeffrey Epstein what that is like. . . oh wait, you can't can you? Ah, alas poor Jeffrey, we hardly knew 'ye - but DonOld knew Jeffrey so well they were BFF buds for nearly two decades. It was only fitting that Jeffrey died while in the custody of DonOld's government.
Anyway, as good as it is for the country to be rid of Pamela Jo 'Scam Blondi' Bondi, I think we can fully expect Drumpf to appoint someone who is just as corrupt, just as venal, and just as slavish to his unconstitutional and lawless whims as Bondi was, or even worse if that's possible, and with Drumpf I have no doubt it is. That is why I fail to see much of a silver lining in the cloud of Pamela Jo's public sacking today by the Criminal-In-Chief.
