And lest The Gadfly neglect to make note of it - The Congress that Mr. Black is referring to of course, is the current mob of escapees from a mental institution who's legislating agenda consists solely of feeding their obsession of trying to keep the dirty Kenyan, Muslim, Communist negro from governing per the mandate that his winning constituency voted for, than they are with actually doing anything at all to address the myriad of major issues facing the country or advancing the progress of the nation in the best interests of all it's people.
