Saudi Arabia: Surge in Executions19 Beheaded in 17 Days; 8 for Nonviolent Offenses

(Beirut) – Saudi Arabia has executed at least 19 people since August 4, 2014. Local news reports indicate that eight of those executed were convicted of nonviolent offenses, seven for drug smuggling and one for sorcery.
The Gadfly has to admit -- getting your head chopped off by the state for "sorcery" is a new one, especially considering who the people are that are in charge of determining the criteria for what constitutes "sorcery." But then again -- it is Saudi Arabia -- you know -- the same fucking country where 15 of the 19 September 11th hijackers originated from.
So Yeah -- we Americans loves us some Saudi beheadings because it helps keep our relationship with them stable, and by proxy, our gas pump prices low, but man --- them ISIS dudes beheading people --- NUKE THEM -- NUKE THEM NOW!!!
Sigh . . . . we're ruled by and populated by morons.
