I would love to hear a coherent explanation from anyone in the Republican party as to why the already compromised Director of Donald Trump's FBI is headed to Moscow, Russia for a meetup with the Russian FSB three weeks before probably the most pivotal non-presidential election in this country's history?:

"FBI Director Kash Patel's planned trip abroad has two top lawmakers and some of his own agents fearing for the nation's secrets.
Patel is reportedly set to travel to Russia as soon as next week, roughly three weeks before the midterm elections, The Atlantic reported Friday. Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) and Rep. Jim Himes (D-CT), the top Democrats on the House Judiciary and Intelligence committees, have sent Patel a letter urging him to scrap the visit over concerns he can't be trusted to protect sensitive information.
Current and former FBI officials told the outlet that some employees quietly pushed leadership to cancel the trip and, when those efforts went nowhere, took their concerns to Congress. Politico previously reported that Patel's likely host would be the FSB, the Russian security service that succeeded the KGB."
Former officials also questioned the timing, noting that FBI leadership has been pressing agents to substantiate election conspiracy theories that Russian intelligence routinely amplifies."
Why in literal Hell is Patel, the unqualified hack who was purposely installed at the FBI for the sole purpose of purging any and all of the FBI agents who were in any way involved with investigating any of Drumpf's crimes, going to Moscow, Russia to commiserate with Vladimir Putin's KGB spooks and war criminal Orcs about MAGA election conspiracies??

Robert Mueller's two-year investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election found that not only was there indeed Russian interference to benefit Drumpf's campaign, but also that Drumpf and his campaign knew about the Russian ratfucking and said and did nothing and reported it to no one, as the law required them to do. Mueller said that if Drumpf hadn't been POTUS at the time, he could have criminally indicted him for multiple instances of felony obstruction of justice.
This midterm election will determine whether America continues down the road we are on today with Drumpf and MAGA at the helm, or if we go back to electing competent, honorable, and responsibility accepting American adults to govern us going forward.
If you ask me, it sounds like DonOld has an "October Surprise" up his sleeve and it shouldn't surprise anyone that he might turn to his old pal Uncle Vlad for an assist, and deploy an unscrupulous stooge like Patel as his political ratfucking emissary.
It should be entertaining to see what kind of crazy-ass, unsubstantiated, KGB-manufactured conspiracy horseshit Patel drags home from his little soiree with the Russkies in Moscow and tries to pass off as authentic in an attempt to manipulate Americans prior to this election.
Seriously - I would not put nefarious goon tactics like these past these gangsters. These guys have already shown us all just how desperate they are to stay in power, and as polling news continues to show DonOld's numbers crashing and burning across the country, and with still no solution to his stupid Iran war in sight, that desperation will intensify to the point of. . . . . . God only knows.
