Drumpf's Corrupted DOJ Wastes No Time Involving Themselves in Further Corruption For The Mob Boss

And so the 2026 US midterms election ratfuckery begins as fully expected:

"The Department of Justice sued to prevent Alaska state officials from certifying election results if Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan loses in November, an escalation of the Trump administration trying to use the power of the federal government to influence the midterms.

In a lawsuit filed Thursday, DOJ argued that the presence of an independent candidate also named Dan Sullivan constitutes a purposeful effort to mislead voters.

“Given the substantial likelihood that the inclusion of Daniel J. Sullivan will confuse or mislead voters looking to cast a vote for Senator Sullivan, and thus distort the will of Alaskan voters, there is a substantial likelihood that a certification of the election will reflect an electoral process that lacked integrity,” DOJ wrote in its complaint.

The Trump administration is seeking to delay certification if the incumbent senator loses until an investigation determines ”whether votes cast for Daniel J. Sullivan were meant to be cast for Senator Sullivan.”

The Alaska Supreme Court permitted the other Sullivan to remain on the ballot in a June ruling. The incumbent is in a tight reelection fight with former Democratic Rep. Mary Peltola."

 

Basically what happened here is that another Alaskan named Dan Sullivan decided to run for the US Senate as an Independent against sitting Republican US Senator Dan Sullivan, and Democrat Mary Peltola.

Republicans, scared about how bad their poll numbers are and how angry voters in their state are at Trump's war economy, laughably tried to claim that having two candidates with the same name on the ballot was just too confusing for the dim-witted MAGA voters to figure out, and so they filed a lawsuit in an attempt to have the Independent Dan Sullivan's name removed from the ballot.  The case went all the way to the Alaska State Supreme Court and unsurprisingly was roundly rejected.

In other words, the highest court in the state of Alaska, and remember it is the states who run our elections, not the federal government, looked at the Republican complaint, and rightfully called bullshit on them and ordered the Independent candidate Dan Sullivan's name to remain on the ballot.

Now along comes demented DonOld, believing his corrupted federal DOJ has a dog in this hunt (they don't) and orders them to file a lawsuit against Alaska to halt the certification of this election which has not taken place yet - BUT ONLY IF their incumbent Republican Dan Sullivan loses.

If Republican Dan Sullivan wins - no lawsuit.

If the Democrat Mary Peltola wins - lawsuit.

That's the dead giveaway that this is just a bunch of manufactured horseshit to once again distract the attention of Americans and the lazy media from the war that Drumpf and Kegseth are losing to Iran, his Russia treason, and his still unresolved child rape and child sex trafficking problems as they relate to the prolific number of mentions of his name throughout the 'Epstein Files.'

Watch for this lawsuit to go the same way as the Alaska state supreme court lawsuit - straight into the un-American MAGA toilet where it belongs.
