Well of course Todd Blanche is "at the heart" of the 'Epstein Files' cover-up.
That is precisely why Donald Trump installed him into the position that he is in today.
Todd Blanche is Drumpf's Winston Wolfe. He's the fixer, the cleaner if you will.
"Rep. Melanie Stansbury (D-NM) spoke to Capitol Hill reporters on Wednesday following sitting in on a closed-door Oversight Committee deposition of Bill Gates. Gates was called before Congress to testify about his ties to sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein in the ongoing House investigation into Epstein’s illicit activities, which Stansbury said will next look at Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche.
“We are all glad to hear that Mr. Comer has had a change of heart in making sure that Todd Blanche is brought before this committee,” Stansbury began, referring to Oversight Chair James Comer’s (R-KY) statement hours earlier that he would like to see Blanche testify before the committee in July.
“We want to make clear that he must be brought before the committee under oath in a deposition that is recorded for the American people to see, and this is separate from his confirmation process. Todd Blanche is at the heart of the cover-up of this case, as was revealed especially in the New York Times’ explosive reporting today about situation room meetings that were held in which Todd Blanche, as the president’s personal attorney and deputy AG, was working with others, including the vice president, to help try to cover up this case,” she continued, referring to Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan’s deep dive article from earlier in the day."
When Pam 'Scam Blondi' Bondi failed to follow through on Drumpf's orders to deep-six the 'Epstein Files,' the very first person who he wasted no time in choosing for Bondi's replacement was his own personal CRIMINAL DEFENSE attorney, Todd Blanche.
Remember, it was Blanche who DonOld dispatched to have a private little conversation with the imprisoned accomplice of Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell in a maximum security Florida prison where registered sex criminals are housed. Incredibly, within days of that little tรชte-ร -tรชte, Maxwell is mysteriously transferred from her Florida maximum security prison to a country club correctional facility in the corrupt state of Texas where she is given work release time to go out in public and was gifted a puppy to keep with her in her jail cell - as companionship for whenever she's there presumably.
That was Todd Blanche's work there, folks. At Drumpf's behest, he got a unanimously convicted, fairly sentenced child rapist and child sex-trafficker out of doing hard prison time and into a boutique Texas "prison" where she is allowed to leave her "prison" on "work" release, and has been granted special privileges not offered to other inmates at the facility.
Drumpf is going to install this fucking consigliere, mafioso guy of his, Blanche, who I may have mentioned is DonOld's own personal CRIMINAL DEFENSE attorney, to the highest law enforcement position in the country.
Let me repeat that because it damn well bears repeating.
Drumpf is going to appoint his own personal CRIMINAL DEFENSE attorney as the United States Attorney General.
First off --- ffs --- can anyone coherently fathom what would have happened if Barack Obama had ever attempted to install his own personal CRIMINAL DEFENSE attorney as the US Attorney General? You just know that these Republicans and MAGA chuds would have had a mass, hysterical public meltdown and moved to impeach and remove him from office.
Oh, wait though! Silly Gadfly. What am I thinking? That is a wholly flawed analogy for the simple reason that Barack Obama has never had the need to maintain a personal CRIMINAL DEFENSE attorney on retainer, nor would he ever had been so manifestly corrupt and unethical to appoint his own personal CRIMINAL DEFENSE attorney to such a lofty cabinet position in our government, much less to the highest law enforcement position in the land.
I mean . . . the corruption is just so blatantly brazen and conspicuous with these clowns at this stage that it's not even fun to mock their corruption anymore.
Meanwhile, on another corrupt government appointment front:
Drumpf wants to appoint one of his real-estate mortgage pals (Bill Pulte) to Director of National Intelligence.
He wants to appoint a MAGA plumber (Markwayne Mullin) as head of Homeland Security.
He wants to appoint his own personal CRIMINAL DEFENSE attorney (Blanche) as United States Attorney General.
Where is the sanity in any of this?
