Corrupt professional soccer federation FIFA went all out into sucking up to Drumpf in anticipation of the World Cup being hosted by the US this summer.
The grand poobah at FIFA even went so far as to "award" Drumpf with his very own 'FIFA Peace Prize' medal after the Nobel Committee ignored Drumpf's whining demands to be given their award.
And now FIFA is paying the price for that sleazy fealty to the filthy old kiddie-diddling mobster and I for one am quite content to see it happen:

"The World Cup was supposed to provide a tourism boom for the US, but now the fear is it may never materialise.
A report produced by the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) has found that bookings are well below expectations in almost every host city.
The AHLA said this does not align with Fifa's statement that more than five million tickets have been sold, and it creates a risk that "the anticipated economic lift may fall short".
The AHLA is the largest hotel association in the US, representing more than 32,000 properties and over 80% of all franchised hotels."
They are trying to claim that the extremely low number of hotel bookings is due to FIFA overbookings, but that excuse doesn't pass the smell test.
What FIFA and their people don't want to talk about is the Drumpf effect. Apparently these people have never heard the term 'ETTD.' ETTD stands for 'Everything Trump Touches Dies.'
FIFA is no exception. They willingly hitched their wagon to Drumpf's corrupt, criminal presidency and now FIFA themselves are tainted with the stench of Drumpf's execrable, 'Epstein Files' existence and a whole lot of people have taken notice.
Good. I hope the World Cup in the US is a massive failure. There needs to be a price to pay for any company or entity cozying up to a convicted felon, rapist, suspected child rapist, and dictator wannabe.
