Since the banner of this shitty little blog does advertise "Humor and Music" along with the "Politics," I'm going to use this post to step away from the Drumpf/MAGA horror show for a change and honor that banner advertising.
So without further adieu, let's start off with one of my favorite YouTube ensemble groups, 'Sing it Live' doing smoking cover versions of hit songs by Meat Loaf and Fleetwood Mac:

And as for the 'Humor' interlude . . . well, I truly do have to go with my all-time favorite, a guy who could make you laugh while simultaneously making you think about just how crazy and fucked up things are in this country we live in. I speak of course of the inimitable, and one and only, George Carlin:
Nobody could explain just how badly and brazenly the oligarchs of this country have rigged the 'system' against average, hard-working Americans, regardless of political affiliation, and make you double over in laughter while doing so than George. He was an unmatched legend, pure and simple.
