So, you probably heard that Drumpf ordered "reality" TV judge Jeanine Pirro, the Fox "news" flunky who Drumpf plucked from her inebriated state of employment at Uncle Rupert's Propaganda Emporium and appointed to the position of US Attorney for Washington D.C., to criminally indict six Democratic Congressional and Senate reps who all have honorable US intelligence or military backgrounds.
One of those indicted was former NASA astronaut, decorated Navy fighter pilot, and current Arizona Senator Mark Kelly. The reason for Pirro's indictments of those six Democrats was because they put out a video reminding US military personnel of their UCMJ duty to not follow ILLEGAL orders.
I wonder how that indictment turned out for Judge Box 'O-Wine? Oops - shouldn't have asked:
Link: Trump prosecutors were asked which law Democrats broke – and they couldn't name even one - Raw Story
"President Donald Trump's alleged vengeance campaign against his political enemies has thus far flopped as his at times under-qualified loyalists fail to secure indictments, and new reports are emerging about the latest fiasco.
Federal prosecutors failed to persuade a single grand jury member that there was probable cause to indict six Democratic lawmakers who produced a video reminding military service members they were duty-bound to disobey unlawful orders, and The New Republic's Greg Sargent reported that even prosecutors weren't sure what law they might have broken.
"Here’s what happened: After the FBI communicated with the Democratic lawmakers, prosecutors in Pirro’s office reached out to them to follow up," Sargent wrote. "Slotkin’s attorney, Preet Bharara, directly asked prosecutors what statute the Democrats had allegedly violated to prompt the criminal inquiry, according to sources familiar with these discussions. The prosecutors could not name any statute, the sources told me.""
Drumpf's prosecuting attorneys, when asked to name the criminal statute for which Captain Mark Kelly and five other military/intel veteran Democrats were being indicted for, just shrugged their shoulders and said, "meh, we got nothin',' lol 😄.
So of course, after that open admission of having no case, the DC grand jury then is also going to tell Pirro and Drumpf to go fuck themselves by refusing to advance the indictments.
This is what actual "weaponization" of the DOJ is folks, no matter how much Drumpf and his enablers lamely deny it.
Drumpf is using compromised, corrupt lackeys like Pirro and Lindsay Halligan to persecute his perceived political enemies and he is doing it so brazenly that the indictments his apparatchiks are signing off on are getting laughed out of one court after another.
And we all damn well know that if he will utilize the DOJ as his own goon squad to persecute his perceived political enemies, he sure as shit would utilize that same corrupted DOJ to interfere in the midterm elections later this year, because that is what desperate, aspiring dictators do.
Here's what it boils down to as to why this D.C. grand jury unanimously rejected Pirro's indictments. We already know Drumpf is a criminal. A 34 times convicted criminal in fact. We know he had other criminal indictments pending against him for which he very likely would have been convicted of had he not been re-elected. His name is mentioned tens of thousands (purportedly more than a million) times throughout the Epstein files.
So yeah, I think under those circumstances and taking into consideration the tarnished character and reputation of the current Commander-in-Chief and suspected pedophile, we absolutely should be reminding our military leadership and troops - every single day - that they are required to disobey ILLEGAL orders - especially if they are emanating from this current White House.
