The "Market Price" for 50 million barrels of Venezuelan crude is around $3 billion.
The guy who bankrupted a half dozen casinos and who was forced to pay a $25 million fine for scamming a bunch of people out of their retirement savings in a fake "University" pyramid scheme is exclaiming that this $3 billion dollars is going to be given directly to him and that he, and only he, gets to decide where that money goes (hint: its guaranteed a few million get skimmed and diverted to one of DonOld's scummy offshore bank accounts).
Seriously though - the individual in our American people's White House is not only a goddamn demented clown, he is also an inveterate mobster.
