DonOld claimed initially that his ginormous gilded ballroom boondoggle was only going to cost a couple of hundred million and that his morally bankrupt, wealthy enablers would pay for it ALL.
Of course, the rank and file MAGA voters, being the gullible suckers that they are, ate up every word of what the filthy old lying mobster told them.
The cost of Drumpf's eyesore ballroom has now ballooned to $400+ million and not one new brick has been laid in place yet.
Here's a pic of the old rapist pig showing off a model of his new ballroom. Look at that thing (red highlight). It's twice the size of the actual White House (yellow highlight), which is not surprising when you consider the size matches up perfectly with Drumpf's ego and his vulgar, classless taste.

The original architect who Drumpf hired quit as Drumpf's demands for a larger and more extravagant ballroom grew.
Now DonOld is looking to hire a new yes-man architect (think Albert Speer if you will) who will build whatever architectural monstrosity he orders them to, and of course the cost of these disgusting vanity projects will be passed on to tax-paying Americans at a time when Drumpf's economic policies have devastated the finances and economic conditions of millions of Americans and their families.
Seriously - fuck this loser and fuck those who continue to support his crooked, rapist ass.
When the Democrats regain the White House, one of their first orders of business should be to have any structures built by the order of this criminal POTUS and his criminal administration be bulldozed and the rubble buried in a deep pit, never to be seen by human eyes again.
