All of the crazy ass shit that Americans are being witness to right now in this country at the highest levels of an utterly corrupt administration and in a cowed and fearful Congress is because some really shitty people in the Republican party are absolutely committed to stopping the public release of the Jeffrey Epstein investigation files, which by now if anyone hasn't figured it out, will not only likely confirm Drumpf's own sexual proclivities for little girls, but also that the same vile proclivity is shared by many other wealthy and important individuals who are sympathetic to the conservative/MAGA cause.
It's been said that the cover-up is usually worse than the crime. I would wager good money that when it comes to the Epstein files, the crimes are much, much, much worse than the ongoing Republican cover-up.
All cover-ups get uncovered eventually though. Just ask Prince Andrew - oh wait, he's no longer a 'Prince' since the royal family stripped him of his titles and banished him from the royal grounds for his relationship with Epstein, a relationship which was a helluva lot less close and shorter in length of time than the 15-years long BFF relationship Drumpf had with Jeffrey.
Anyway, this cover-up will be no exception. Providing of course the United States of America remains a functioning, constitutional democracy and isn't forcefully taken over by a partially decomposing, traitorous mobster and his criminal cabal of fascist wannabe apparatchiks.

Did you notice the progression of events in those Raw Story headlines? People are wising up to Drumpf and these MAGA fraudsters and the fraudsters are terrified and panicking.
The simple reality of what the entire world is witnessing is that MAGA Mike Johnson has been given an order to block the release of the Epstein files, which means keeping Congress out of session and the government closed indefinitely.
To Drumpf and Mike Johnson, it's damn the American kids and families and elderly who will go without food assistance this month because in their view the preservation of secrecy about whose names are in those Epstein files outweighs whether Americans starve or die, or when the American people's government reopens.
Btw - Drumpf using the term "life or death" in public comments regarding the US Supreme Court ruling on the legality of his "emergency tariffs" sure as shit sounds a bit like a criminal threat, imho. The DOJ might want to look into that and . . . oh wait, I forgot for a moment who runs the DOJ now. Never mind.
Seriously though, just knowing the mobster "business" history of Drumpf, and that there is also a documented history of his actual coziness with the mob in his New York real-estate heyday, makes it an entirely plausible assumption that the contents of those Epstein files must be pretty fucking bloodcurdling vile for them to put this country and the American people through this national trauma that they are putting us through right now.
