Frankly, I think he actually might just truly be stupid enough to believe that only Democratic voters live in "blue" states that have Democrats as their governors:

I realize that this may be a difficult concept to process in the brains of our MAGA friends, but the simple reality is that these vindictive cuts are not only going to affect Democrat-voting households in the states that dime-store Shitler is targeting.
Imagine if Joe Biden had ever deliberately targeted "red" states with economic policies meant to inflict harm on their populace? You can't imagine it because it never would have happened. Biden for all his faults wasn't a hateful, vindictive prick like Drumpf.
I mean, seriously. I can't wait to see the reaction from the Ma and Pa MAGAs in those states when it dawns on them that Daddy Donny's punitive cuts are going to make their lives just as equally miserable as those of their Democratic neighbors.
What Drumpf and his minions are doing isn't governance by responsible adults. It is governance by fear and intimidation which has always been a hallmark trait of "strongmen" aspiring to dictatorial power.
Drumpf will fail. MAGA will fail. And when they do, the actual patriotic adults in this country will step in to repair the damage they have inflicted upon our great country and hold their corrupt, criminal movement leaders accountable.
