The Madness of King DonOLD

First off, it must be pointed out that it is the constitutionally mandated role of the United States Congress, not a rogue, demented, corrupt POTUS, to levy tariffs.  I mean, it's right there in the fucking U.S. Constitution folks, in very clear terms, Article I, Section 8, which states Congress has the power to "lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises".

Republicans in Congress, like the pants-wetting, cowardly weaklings they ALL are, have totally abandoned their legislative branch oversight role in our government, all in fealty toward a convicted felon thug POTUS who is massively abusing the powers of his office as he attempts to drag America toward the very same type of thoroughly corrupted, kleptocratic fascism as practiced by his mentor Putin.

Secondly, we have already seen evidence that Drumpf, his mafia family, and his cronies are financially benefiting from DonOld's psychotic, aberrant tariff announcements.

He is also using tariffs as a political weapon, threatening to impose a 50% tariff on Brazil if their courts refuse to stop investigating the violent coup attempt by his right-wing Brazilian butt-buddy Jair Bolsonaro.

What Drumpf is doing is not leadership.  It isn't twelve-dimensional chess.  It's not even child's play as even toddlers have some recognizable sense of rational purpose in their behavior.  As it is with everything Drumpf does, his tariff strategy, if it can even be called a 'strategy', is to create chaos and then misuse the atmosphere of that manufactured chaos to take vindictive actions against America's allied trading partners, while surreptitiously making money for himself and his crooked friends.

DonOLD Drumpf has been a life-long con artist.  Tony Schwartz, the actual author of Drumpf's "biography" 'Art of the Deal', has openly stated that he regrets ever getting involved with Drumpf on ghostwriting the book and that in his opinion, libraries should reclassify the book as a piece of 'fiction'. 

Only fools would have voted for this con artist with the expectation he would change his con artist ways once in the White House, and all we will get out of that is a lesson that a nation of fools is soon enough a nation of slaves.
