NEW YORK, March 27 (Reuters) - Big Wall Street banks are so upset with U.S. Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren's call for them to be broken up that some have discussed withholding campaign donations to Senate Democrats in symbolic protest, sources familiar with the discussions said.

Representatives from Citigroup, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs and Bank of America, have met to discuss ways to urge Democrats, including Warren and Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown, to soften their party's tone toward Wall Street, sources familiar with the discussions said this week.

Here's the deal --- Warren used to be a Republican --- until she saw the recklessness and lawlessness that was taking place on Wall Street and in the halls of power of the nation's financial services and banking industries and how, mostly Republicans, were enabling and covering it all up.

Warren knows which closets the unbridled capitalism skeletons are hidden in.

That is why they fear her and why they are lashing out and threatening her.

All fucking good if you ask The Gadfly, for if the scummiest people on the planet are feeling uncomfortable, then the person making them feel that way has to be doing something right.

And it truly is about goddamn time that somebody in our government makes these duplicitous, conniving slimebags sweat a little.

In a just world, every one of the CEO's and corporate officers of the companies listed in the article above would be serving life sentences at hard labor for destroying the world economy in 2008, ruining millions of American's and other people's lives.  And even after that, they then had the unmitigated fucking gall to come strutting, hat in hand to our government, demanding that American taxpayers pony up the cash to rescue them from their criminally negligent, and ruinously failed, gambling sprees.

Fuck them.  Fuck them all in to the deepest, darkest, dankest recesses of hell.

Listen dear readers, The Gadfly is a realist, Elizabeth Warren is not going to run for President in 2016, and even if she did, she would not win -- for reasons of a whole other discussion.  That is why The Gadfly prefers Professor Warren stay right where she is -- in the U.S. Senate, where she can fuck up all kinds of oligarch, military industrial plans.

The only advice The Gadfly would give to the honorable Senator from Massachusetts is -- stay out of small aircraft.
