Oh my . . . .

Fox News distanced itself from anchor Gregg Jarrett, who was briefly jailed Wednesday after an incident at a Minneapolis airport bar.
“We were made aware late last night that Gregg Jarrett was arrested in Minneapolis yesterday and charged with a misdemeanor,” a Fox News spokesperson told TVNewser. “He is dealing with serious personal issues at this time. A date at which Gregg might return to air has yet to be determined."
Police said Jarrett seemed intoxicated and was acting belligerent Wednesday afternoon at a bar in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport. He was booked at Hennepin County Jail for allegedly obstructing the legal process and released on bond early Thursday morning.http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/fox-news-gregg-jarrett-arrest-statement
The Gadfly, believe it or not, feels some measure of sympathy for Gregg Jarrett. For if The Gadfly had to show up at a job day in and day out with the self realization of knowing that he was nothing more than a paid liar and shill for a political propaganda outfit masquerading as a "news" organization, The Gadfly would be compelled to assuage his feelings of low self worth and guilt with mass quantities of off-air intoxicants as well.
Maybe it's the wake-up call Jarrett needs to cleanse himself of the flesh-eating bacteria which comprises the sum total of Fox "News" and the disease that they are on the American body politic.
Maybe . . . . . [ and if by some miracle Jarrett does come clean on his Fox experience, watch how quickly Roger Ailes and the gang on Fox & Friends turn on him like an agitated rattlesnake ].
Btw -- just curious -- the police report states that the Fox "News" host was acting "intoxicated and belligerent" - which has The Gadfly wondering - how could they tell? Just watch a few hours in the morning of any given day of Fox "News" and tell The Gadfly that that is not typical behavior for their on-air "talent"?
