Someone With The Last Name of Beck Who is Actually Worth Listening To . . . .

The Gadfly normally does not pay much attention to "greatest of all time" lists when it comes to music and musicians.  It's all subjective and one man's musical genius is another's hack.

One thing The Gadfly does know for certain though, is that whenever there is talk of the greatest guitar players of all time, you typically hear of the usual suspects, Hendrix, Clapton, Page all undeniably great in their own right, but in The Gadfly's humble view, no sweeter sound has ever been coaxed from a electric guitar than by the inimitable Jeff Beck.
