In this case, The Gadfly is the rotund fellow in the red suit, the unkempt whiskers and the Dirk Spy Optic sunglasses and he's helping out a local AM radio station in his neck of the woods give some of the local, less advantaged waifs an opportunity for a few moments of joy with a toy drive.
