I cannot think of a more garish, ugly, tasteless and gratuitously cheap political stunt than holding a bloody UFC fight on the White House Lawn as a celebration of this nation's independence from the very same kind of repression and totalitarianism that our forefathers fought to vanquish some 250 years ago, and for which Drumpf and his goons are attempting to resurrect.

The Right-Wing Blame Game Spins Up in Texas - Again

Watch as a drug-addled, dementia-ridden American President, like the slimy coward he is, blames his predecessor for the horribly tragic, probably preventable loss of life in the Texas flash floods, calling it "the Biden setup" and then in the same breath bizarrely claiming that he's "not blaming" Biden, when it fact he just did.

It has been pretty clear for awhile now that what little remains of Drumpf's undersized brain is the consistency of under-cooked oatmeal.  But sure, Joe Biden, who could actually string coherent sentences together and remain focused on topics, albeit with the occasional verbal gaffe was just too damn old. 😕 

 

 

As far as the Texas floods being a "Biden setup," like the moral recreant he is, Drumpf will never accept responsibility for his and his party's role in tragedies like these.  And of course, just like after mass shootings such as occurred a couple of years ago in Uvalde Texas, Republicans have already begun their mantra that it is "too soon" to talk about exactly who and what was responsible for such a high number of lives lost in a single deadly event like this.  Republicans don't want to talk about root causes of shit like this because it would reveal their own culpability.

Drumpf and the right-wing 'Project 2025' ghouls want to slash and burn everything, including agencies and employees who provide the public service of warning Americans about severe weather forecasts and life-threatening weather events such as the flash flooding that has taken at least 90 lives so far in Texas, many of them children.  

Isn't it odd how Republicans never have a hard time finding money to hand out to their billionaire cronies and corporate donors with ever more tax cuts, tax loopholes, public land giveaways, government contracts, etc., but plead insolvency when circumstances demand they do their fucking jobs and actually legislate something beneficial for the safety, security and welfare of their own constituents? 

You want to Make America Great Again folks?  The solution is as simple as it gets.  Stop voting for corrupt, money and power-worshiping Republicans.  That's all it takes.

As an armchair World War 2 historian myself, I cannot begin to tell you the kinds of chills that run through my body every time I watch a documentary about the rise of Nazism and the Nazi party in Germany in the 1930's and see the clear parallels between the party of Hitler coming to power back then, and MAGA coming to power in our present day.  Its almost as if Drumpf had studied Hitler and adopted his dumbed-down, carnival barking, con man public presence, forged his own dictatorship, and he found a teeming pool of slack-jawed rubes and hateful, uncaring, dictatorship-loving Americans to mesmerize and exploit. 

All that is left for Drumpf to super-accelerate and complete his totalitarian takeover is to stage his own Reichstag Fire moment.  And when that fateful day arrives, and there is every reason to believe it will, I better not hear a goddamn word of contrition or regret from the mouths of those who blindly facilitated the end of the American Experiment in democracy.

The BBB "Big Beautiful Bill" DOES NOT, as in any way, shape, or form, contain any language that keeps Social Security from being taxed for 90% of recipients.  None.  Don't take The Gadfly's word for it, go and read the fucking bill, which is something that several of the MAGA monkey House representatives have publicly admitted they have failed to do, yet voted for it anyway.  

The Project 2025 people wrote this bill.  That means this bill was written by people who have a documented history of hostility toward government entitlement programs like Social Security, Medicare, and VA care, and who have vowed to eliminate those programs and agencies if given the opportunity to do so.  Unsurprisingly, this bill also hastens the arrival of the date that Social Security becomes insolvent which will automatically trigger massive across the board cuts.

I mean seriously folks, just stop and think about this for a moment.  Why would people (Project 2025 assholes) who have a permanent hard-on for eliminating programs like Social Security and Medicare put anything in a bill that would truly benefit SS recipients or strengthen the solvency of the program?  The indisputable answer is - they wouldn't. 

If Donald Trump and his crooked MAGA cronies will lie to you, to we Americans on a fundamentally consequential matter that directly affects millions of American's lives such as this, then what won't he lie to you about?

 "YES!," the MAGA Republican screamed in orgasmic joy at hearing the news of all the Americans who he and his billionaire-owned fellow Trumpublicans voted to hurt.  It boggles the mind trying to understand how supposedly decent, God-fearing people could ever have voted to put a humanity-hating party like MAGA into power. 

Something tells me though that gratuitous sadism as a party platform is going to translate to an electoral bloodbath for the GOP in the 2026 mid-terms - providing of course that Hair Führer doesn't cancel those elections and proclaim himself dictator for life.

Masked, armed, unidentified men in unidentified vehicles riding around like bounty hunter posses kidnapping people off the streets, dragging them from their workplaces, from their homes, from their churches, and often doing so in front of young children and other family members.

That is the un-Christian cruelty of MAGA's America.  It is the cruelty of Drumpf's America.  It is the America that every single person who continues to support Drumpf is helping to create.

And we are learning more and more with each passing day that these ICE bounty hunter goons who have been given an impossible order by a constitution-shredding, criminally-minded administration to round up and remove 20 million people from this country are doing so without a damn concern for accuracy or due process of law, and it is resulting in lawful American citizens being arrested and carted off to ICE deportation concentration camps.

This is Nazism in it's basest form folks.  It boils my blood to think that our parents and grandparents fought a fucking world war not long ago to rid humanity of this cancerous ideology and here we are just a mere 80 years later and our own country is under assault from those who would resurrect this movement of evil that our parents and grandparents fought and died to vanquish.  The whole concept of 'MAGA' assaults the decency of good people's minds and values and paints America as a country no better than Putin's Russia, or Kim's North Korea.

Those Americans who support this and continue to support the orange criminal-in-chief's efforts to Nazify the United States of America need to have their dreams of a full-blown MAGA society demolished and crushed beyond recognition.  It's as straightforward as that.  The MAGA movement is a terrorist movement and it's practitioners and promoters are domestic terrorists.

Depending on which state you reside in, it might be a good idea for folks to understand which state Medicaid programs your friendly neighborhood, morally bankrupt, billionaire-owned Republicans are voting to eliminate.

By falling in line to their convicted felon and rapist leader's demand to pass his "Big Beautiful Bill," Republicans are planning to take away the funding for life-saving, low cost access to medical care for millions of Americans and it will be a literal death sentence for thousands, if not tens of thousands.

Why?  First and foremost, because the Republicans in the US Congress and the US Senate, and all of these red state state legislatures they control DO NOT give a shit about any of YOU, any of us.  They don't even care that their own red-state constituencies who per capita are the BIGGEST recipients of government subsidies and most likely to be Medicaid/Medicare recipients will NOT be spared this bloodbath.  All of this backstabbing just so they can give ever more tax cuts to billionaires like Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos and give Donald Fucking Trump a legislative victory he doesn't deserve because the sad reality is that Republican men in this country are a bunch of sniveling, selfish cowards who are terrified to stand up to an old, diaper-shitting, Putin-owned mobster.
