The message here clearly is that he intends to put himself and his lackeys above the laws of this country and the US Constitution be damned because he, The Great and Powerful Drumpf is saving the country from "the deep state" or some other such bullshit, manufactured lie that he and his goose-stepping goons conjured up in their treacherous little minds.

This is how dictators justify mass-arresting political opponents and lining them up against walls and shooting them.
