There is something seriously, seriously unsafely wired in the brain of someone who has to kick people when they're down on their knees during the battered aftermath of a historical natural disaster.
The Gadfly speaks of course of the humanitarian crisis currently unfolding in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria ravaged it with a head on hit.
This disaster is epic in scope folks. Who in this country is taking the leadership role in getting these people help? Our Commander McBrag-in-chief certainly isn't up to the task. He's got bigger fish to fry with Twitter raging about the patriotism of some NFL football players because he's too much too much of an obtuse fuckhead to try and discern the difference between the protesting of societal injustice with loyalty to country.
You have at present time 3.5 million Americans (yes you right wing numb nut crowd -- Puerto Ricans are American citizens as part of a U.S. owned territory) who are in a life & death crisis situation and all they get from their hallowed (more like hollowed) leader is a dishing of smug righteousness, capped off by even more smug admonishments for moneys that they "owe" to Donald Drumpf's Wall Street friends and his banking industry buddies.
In essence -- Drumpf could think of no more better way to demonstrate his style of "leadership" - not just to the Puerto Ricans, but to the entire world stage - than to stick a shiv in the back of the Puerto Rican people by scolding them for being the impoverished and largely ignored, red-headed stepchild of an infinitely larger debtor nation and deadbeat-parent plantation owners.
The Gadfly was certain that his loathing and disgust for Donald John Trump had reached it's zenith ... but it hasn't.
It hasn't . . . . and that's what scares The Gadfly.
