Special counsel Robert Mueller has impaneled a grand jury as part of his investigation into possible collusion between President Donald Trump’s campaign and Russia in last year’s election, sources tell the Wall Street Journal.

The very first benefit of empaneling a grand jury is the power of subpoena. And these aren't the "fake" subpoenas that exist only in the delusional minds of assholes like Drumpf and his fanatical supporters. These are big boy, serious as shit subpoenas.
Obviously everyone is innocent until proven guilty -- but with the grand jury impaneling, it signifies that Robert Mueller has not only some pretty decent evidence in his possession, but also believes he can convincingly persuade a jury of citizens, the media, and that segment of sane society who's paying attention to all of this Russian business shit and care about this country's future.
Also - watch for the conservatives to ramp up (they've already started actually) their slandering of Robert Mueller, never for a moment acknowledging the perverse spectacle of them supporting a lecherous, larcenous, duplicitous, stooge like Drumpf, while trashing the reputation and character of a guy, Mueller, who was a decorated U.S. combat marine, a real man who has served this country and the public pretty fucking admirably for decades. He is also a Republican who has primarily served in Republican administrations, which in a sane world would be the instant castration of the talking point that he's a Democratic partisan. But, by virtue of the fact we have arrived at this point in our nation's history with someone like the cretinous, Napoleon-complex Drumpf with access to the nuclear codes, who knows if we have yet to truly plumb the deepest crevices of the American public's level of gullibility and asininity.
With all that said though -- The Gadfly is ready for this. Let's get to the bottom of some of this suspicious stuff here, and, if what Mueller and his investigators find makes it necessary to take legal steps to make things right again, then by goddamn -- do it!
