Malcolmsplained . . . .

Malcolm Nance knows a thing or three about Russia, counter-intelligence operations and duty to country.  Here's why:
Malcolm Wrightson Nance (born September 20, 1961) is an American author and media commentator on terrorism, intelligence, insurgency and torture. He is a former United States Navy senior chief petty officer specializing in naval cryptology.
Nance was an interpreter for Russian, and began working in the intelligence field through research into the history of the Soviet Union and its spying agency the KGB.[5] He subsequently devoted years of research to analyzing Middle East terrorism and sovereign nations with ties to the Russian Federation.[5]
Nance is an expert on intelligence and terrorism,[1] and frequently discusses the history, personalities, and organization of jihadi radicalization and al-Qaeda and the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL); Southwest Asian and African terror groups; as well as counterinsurgency and asymmetric warfare. Fluent in Arabic, he is active in the field of national security policy particularly, in anti- and counter-terrorism intelligence, terrorist strategy and tactics, torture and counter-ideology in combating Islamic extremism.
As former U.S. Navy senior chief petty officer in Naval Cryptology, he was involved in numerous counter-terrorism, intelligence, and combat operations.[6][7][8] He garnered expertise within the fields of intelligence and counterterrorism.[9][10][11] He served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years, from 1981 to 2001.[12][1] He received military decorations and speaks Arabic. He became an instructor in wartime and peacetime SERE, training Navy and Marine Corps pilots and aircrew how to survive as a prisoner of war.[13][14]
Nance took part in combat operations which occurred after the 1983 Beirut barracks bombings, was involved with the 1986 United States bombing of Libya, served on USS Wainwright during Operation Praying Mantis and participated in the sinking of Iranian missile boat Joshan, served on USS Tripoli during the Gulf War, and assisted during a Banja Luka, Bosnia air strike.[12]

Allow Mr. Nance to endow you die-hard Trump supporters with some reality-based observations about what is actually going on with Robert Mueller's investigation into the Trump gang's footsie playing with the Kremlin:

The Gadfly will enthusiastically stack up Malcolm Nance's credibility, professional background and patriotism credentials against Drumpf and whatever spokesperson/apologist/lackey whom he sends out to publicly defend his honor -- any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

So let's be sensible adults and acknowledge what is clear here about Mr. Mueller's investigation.

It is not a fucking exercise in child play.

It is not a fake investigation borne of "fake news."

It is not a politically partisan "witch hunt."

It is not going to go away based on the fact that multiple grand juries have now been empaneled.

You think Drumpf isn't lying in a pool of sweat beneath his silk sheets at night dear readers?  And The Gadfly isn't talking about sweat triggered by the lack of air conditioning in his boudoir.  No -- Drumpf's is the kind of sweat that comes from knowing that a straight shooting, law & order bulldog like Robert Mueller is crawling up in to his anal cavity with a caravan of counter-intelligence and financial crimes lawyers and they are going to overturn every rock they come across, peer into every crevice that's visible and follow every suspicious track they discover until they reveal the true and factual nature and extent of Donald John Trump's business and "other" dealings with a nation and government who since 1917 has been, and still is considered a hostile adversary, if not an outright enemy, of American democracy, the U.S. constitution, and the American people's way of life.

That's all.
